I WANTED TO sets the written/read word up against the spoken/heard word.

Obvioiusly this is a case where the garbled information rattles our brain a bit, and we start questioning ourselves or paying closer attention--squinting to understand the information coming at us.

It's 28 seconds long and leads us on a well-worn path which becomes obvious after 28 seconds. Does it manage to shed some light? Yes. Does it have hidden agendas? Absolutely.
